Tarotnauts provides digital self‑reflection tools (tarot card calculators, confab quizzes, saved readings, and related content). Access may be free, one‑time purchase, or subscription‑based.

Tarotnauts is a self‑care and reflection tool. We do not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice and do not predict the future. Insights are reflective prompts only. For health or mental‑health concerns, contact a qualified professional.

• Do not break the law, infringe rights, disrupt or overload the Services, or bypass security.
• No bots/scrapers without permission. Do not resell or commercially exploit the Services without written consent.

All content and software are owned by Tarotnauts or licensors. We grant you a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to use the Services. Do not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., journal entries). You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, process, display, and back up that content to operate the Services. You are responsible for what you post.

• No free trial at this time. Subscriptions begin immediately upon purchase.
• Auto‑renewal: Subscriptions renew until you cancel.
• Where you purchased matters:
  • Website: Manage/cancel in Settings → Billing.
  • Google Play: Manage/cancel in your Google Play account (cancel ≥24h before the next period).
• Prices and features may change with reasonable advance notice before renewal.

The Subscription Terms forms part of these Terms and controls billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds.

Website purchases: Payments are generally non‑refundable once a period starts, unless required by law. Suspect a billing error? Please contact us within 14 days.

Google Play purchases: Refunds (if eligible) must be requested through Google Play under their policies. We may share subscription status with Google to help process your request.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for outages, data loss, or harm resulting from your use of the Services. Backups occur on a reasonable schedule but are not guaranteed.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Tarotnauts IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF NO PAYMENTS WERE MADE).

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users or the Service. Sections intended to survive (IP, disclaimers, limitations) continue after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflicts of law. Exclusive venue is the courts of Montreal, Quebec, unless mandatory consumer‑protection rules require otherwise. We do not require arbitration or class‑action waivers for Quebec consumers.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will note the updated date and, when required, include additional notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
